Selection, registration and labeling of biomaterial samples, formation of a protocol for the isolation of nucleic acids.
Stage 2
Isolation of nucleic acids.
Stage 3
Formation of an amplification protocol and tasks for dosing reagents and isolated nucleic acids.
Stage 4
Dosing of samples and reagents into a microplate.
Stage 5
Sealing of the prepared microplate. In the future, an automatic search for the amplification protocol based on the unique barcode of the microplate.
Stage 6
Getting the results and transferring them to the information system.
